These terms govern services provided by H-tech ("H-tech") including custom website development, web applications, AI integrations, hosting setup, and related digital services.

Scope of work

Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or invoice accepted by the client. Additional work outside scope is billed separately after written approval.

Payments

Projects typically require an advance before work begins. Remaining balance is due per milestone or before final handover, as stated on the invoice. Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay payment link.

Client responsibilities

Client agrees to provide content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timelines. Delays in client input may extend delivery dates.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
