Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel before development begins for a full refund of any advance paid, minus payment gateway charges (if any). After work has started, cancellation is subject to fees for work completed to date.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope as per signed proposal and cannot remedy within 14 days of written notice, eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Design approval milestones: advance payments after client sign-off on designs are non-refundable.
